CASE STUDY

Calabrese Ristorante engaged Lux214 Media Group to design a website with a clear purpose: increase restaurant reservations, generate private dining inquiries, and support online product sales. As a popular dining destination in Southlake, Calabrese needed a digital presence that could serve both new and returning guests while reflecting the elevated experience they deliver in person.

Built on WordPress and optimized for local search, the new website features direct integrations with OpenTable and Tripleseat—making it easy for guests to book a table or inquire about hosting events. From the moment visitors arrive, they’re guided toward key actions like browsing the menu, reserving a table, or exploring private dining spaces. Navigation is simple, and calls to action are placed exactly where they need to be.

Sopra Lounge, the cocktail space above the main dining room, is also highlighted throughout the site. Instead of being treated as a separate brand, Sopra is woven into the Calabrese experience—giving online guests a preview of the lounge’s atmosphere, drink offerings, and upcoming events.

The site also features an integrated e-commerce shop, including oil oil, fresh pastas, imported Italian goods, and signature items. It’s positioned as a natural extension of the dining experience—allowing guests to take home a taste of Calabrese or send a meaningful gift with ease.

From concept to launch, Lux214 guided the creative direction and brought the brand to life through a visually rich, high-performing website. Lux214 also directed and produced a 3-day photo shoot that included interior and exterior imagery (with drone footage), and full coverage of the wine and cocktail program, along with ten signature dishes and desserts.

We’re excited the new website is officially live and can’t wait to see the impact it will have. It marks an exciting step forward, and we look forward to seeing how it performs in the months ahead. Stay tuned!
