Senior Account Manager

Job Summary:

As a Senior Account Manager at Lux214 Media Group, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client goals, devising strategic marketing plans, and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns; ultimately growing revenue for both the agency and client. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships. Growing revenue for Lux214 Media Group and clients.
  • Understand client objectives, business goals, and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

2. Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with clients to define digital marketing strategies that align with their objectives.
  • Create detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.

3. Campaign Execution:

  • Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, events, public relations and email marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.

4. Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members when necessary.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

6. Budget Management:

  • Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing account management within an agency setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, event marketing, public relations and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Director to lead the creative and strategy for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and public relations, with a proven track record of developing and executing compelling campaigns. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring that all projects align with our clients’ goals and our agency’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and content creators, to produce high-quality, innovative work.
  • Develop and articulate creative concepts and strategies that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines.
  • Oversee the production of all creative assets, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to foster their professional growth and improve project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role within a marketing, advertising, or PR agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative campaigns and projects across various media.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
  • Proficiency in creative software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
